Made from white, naturally sweet Zibibbio (Moscato) grapes, the wine has a bold, golden-yellow color with amber nuances. Concentrated in the glass, the bouquet unleashes distinct notes of dried apricot and peaches in syrup which then evolve to include those of aromatic and medicinal herbs like thyme and sage. The mouthfeel is surprisingly saline which together with the significant sweetness creates an excellent drop, even if I would have preferred a much livelier and balancing acidity. Nevertheless, a bold and pleasing drop that saturates the palate.
