While they produce several different and excellent Barolo and Barbaresco wines, here I have signaled out their Barbera d'Alba 2009, a delicious red, perfect for the season, which has an intense ruby color, a bouquet of currant and violet and a taut, full-bodied flavor with an acidic streak typical for this type of wine.

Serve at 16°C and pair with salami and mixed boiled meats
