A wine made from Ortruga grapes that matures on the lees in stainless steel vats. It has a straw color with bright green reflections and a fresh aroma with notes of kiwi, wild apple and green tea with an oxidized nuance in the background. The mouthfeel is full and dry, salty and immediate with a characteristic bitter but not unpleasant sensation. Bottles produced: 5,000.
