A single-grape Vermentino that matures in stainless steel and has a bright, golden-yellow color. The complex aroma has notes of white fruit, spice and peat nuances, while the full and bold mouthfeel is still very young but at the same time fresh and nervous with great character. The finish is wrapping, juicy and decidedly salty.
