    100% Pinot Noir grapes. From three vineyards with an average age of 30 years Barrel fermented. Aged on the lees for 8 years and 5 months. Shiny pink powder with copper hues. very fine perlage. Floral notes of wisteria blossoms and elderflower, hibiscus, lychee followed by pomegranate juice, rhubarb, pink grapefruit and a touch of aromatic herbs. Very elegant palate, tense with a good depth and weight leads to a dry fruit and sea salt flakes finish.
