    Blend of 55% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Bianco and 20% Pinot Nero grapes. Barrel fermented. Aged on the lees for 8 years and 5 months in small oak barrel. Golden yellow with very fine bubble and mousse. Complex nose of verbena, green apple, candied ginger, Sorrento lemon and apricot croissant. Soft and pleasant palate, dense and tense with a vibrant saline note and an intense and explosive finish.
