Anima Ribelle 2013

The wine is made from only Fiano grapes which Marsella picks by hand at different times in order to be able to choose the healthiest bunches. The wine ages exclusively in stainless steel and has a pale, straw-yellow color. The bouquet is dominated by scents of citrus fruit, moss and almond. The mouthfeel is very fresh, simple yet wrapping and has a subtle minerality which leans towards flint. It has backbone and is integral and nicely balanced.
