A very bright, greenish, straw-yellow color and a bouquet of citron, green almond and thyme. The mouthfeel has a broad attack with citrus and faint tannins (typical to many 2015 Verdicchio) at the center of the mouth and a taut, profound finish with a log, almondy aftertaste with notes of thyme and iodine. A wine that needs a few months to get into form but which is excellent already.
