This had a color identical to the 2015 but with different aromas and a bouquet that opens slowly and is a tad less pure. There are clear notes of aromatic herbs (thyme) and iodine but less almond than the 2015, while with breathing a scent of gorse comes out along with a hint of honey. The mouthfeel is a bit tight but in compensation it is an explosion of salt, vigor and energy with an amazing responsiveness. A pure 2014 with a long life ahead of it.
