A blend of 40% Garganega, 30% Bianca Feranda (Cortese), 15% Trebbiano Toscano and 15% Trebbianello all of which were fermented separately, left to age on the lees for several months and blended the following July. The wine has an intense and bright straw-yellow color and aromas that have an excellent complexity with a light smoky note and one of flint along with those of citron and aromatic herbs and hints of wild flowers. It has a pronounced and saline mouthfeel with an excellent tension between its acidity and body which makes it easy to drink but not ordinary, subtle yet elegant and persistent. A small masterpiece, the product of wise winegrowing and winemaking.
