A blend of 60% Corvina Veronese with the rest a mix of Corvione, Rondinella and Croatina. The wine ages in barriques for 26 months and then another 24 months in the bottle. It has a garnet color and an intense aroma of spice with a potpourri of flowers and scents of berry jam and chocolate as well as animal sensations. The mouthfeel is full yet fresh and saline, rich and concentrated yet in perfect balance with the thick and elegant tannins. The persistence is long and fine closing with balsamic and animal sensations.
