The Aglianico grapes come from a single, 10-year-old vineyard and the wine matures for six months in Slavonian oak barrels. The color is a compact ruby-red and the aroma is dominated by red fruit, black pepper and cardamom. The mouthfeel is fresh and taut with thick and nicely integrated tannins and a long finish. Bottle produced: 15,000.
