    Made from Trebbiano Spoletino and aged in stainless steel, this wine has a pale, straw-yellow color with bright reflections. The intriguing and complex aroma has notes of yellow fruit and fine hints of hydrocarbon along with scents of anise and sage. The intense mouthfeel has a medium texture and an excellent progression with a salty note and a puckering one that make this drop pleasing and nervous. The finish has great persistence and a note of dark spice.
