This is without a doubt the most famous winery for Lago di Caldaro, but this time the young kellermeister Gherard Sanin, with his Santa Maddalena Grobnerhof 2011, has truly surprised us with its special effects. The bouquet of black pepper and damp earth is intense and enveloping. The taste is sumptuous, with the fruit and mineral components chase each other producing a fresh and truly unique DR0P. A small miracle.
