A Carricante varietal that ferments and ages in large barrels for nine months. The wine has a straw-yellow color and an intense, sharp and sensational aroma with scents of aromatic herbs, flint, smoky hints and those of lemon-flavored dark chocolate. The mouthfeel is fresh and lively, taut and rich with a gluttonous salinity that persists through a long and elegant finish.
