    Made from only Carricante grapes, the wine ferments in large barrels. The color is a delicate, golden-yellow and the bouquet is intense and floral, with ample nuances of sweet citrus. The dominating characteristic, however, is an intriguing sulfurous note and a terpene one similar to an aged Riesling. The mouthfeel is very fresh and salty with a return of the sulfurous, citrusy and floral notes and everything is very persistent.
