    A rainy and snowy winter followed by a hot spring and a sunny summer that produced an excellent sugar content and aromatic concentration in the grapes. This is probably the best Sfursat every produced with its garnet color and slightly orange nuances. The aroma is complex and intense with notes of toasted barley, fine wood, cinnamon and juniper, dried flowers and dates. The mouthfeel is centered and broad, with precise, soft and elegant tannins, herbal notes like marjoram and rue, with a return of raspberry and black cherry jam, while a saline coffee finish exalts the finesse of its wrapping aftertaste.
