A blend of Malvasia del Lazio, Greco and Fiano made in stainless steel vats. The wine has a pale, straw color and an aroma that stands out for how distinct and soft it is with scents of lemon leaf, fresh almond and lanolin. The full-bodied mouthfeel has a mellow attack with notes of almond and lanolin at the center of the mouth to then finish with chalky and slightly alcoholic sensations.
A Frascati with great character that is only a bit warm (serve at 12°C) and pairs wonderfully with Roman cuisine first courses like Carbonara, Gricia and “above all Cacio e Pepe (Sheep Cheese and Pepper)” Luigi assures us.
