60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Nero. Matures 78 months on the yeasts. A tribute to Pinot Nero from the Blanc de Blancs supporters. Bright straw yellow with an intense and continuous perlage. Complex and intense nose, elegant and deep notes of peach and yellow plum with hints of wild strawberries and a touch of fumé. Intense acidity in the mouth but well blend in with structure. Tense and sharp. Essential but great taste and persistence.
