Gentile di Chieti (90%) and intosso (10%) olive varieties. Continuous cycle production system. Medium fruity. Intense limpid golden yellow color with slight green hues. Its aroma is ample and rotund, with elegant fruity hints of unripe tomato, banana and white apple, together with fragrant notes of basil, mint and sage. Its taste is full and complex, with a vegetal flavor of artichoke and chicory, celery and lettuce. Bitterness is definite and pungency is distinct.
