A 100% Coratina oil made using the continuous cycle method that has an intense, golden-yellow color with warm, limpid green nuances. The pronounced and elegant bouquet has notes of artichoke and chicory along with balsamic scents of sage and mint. The mouthfeel has a broad, vegetal flavor of lettuce and rosemary with a distinct hint of black pepper and almond. Boldly bitter and distinctly spicy.
