Leccino 40%, Carboncella 30%, Grignan 15% and Leccio del corno 15% olive varieties. Continuous cycle production system. Medium fruity. It has a beautiful intense limpid golden yellow color with slight green hues. Its aroma is ample and rotund, endowed with vegetal notes of artichoke, thistle and spicy hints of black pepper. Its taste is fine and complex, with a flavor of country lettuce, chicory and fragrant notes of mint and rosemary. Bitterness is distinct and pungency is definite and harmonic, with an almond finish.
