From Moraiolo 80% and Frantoio 20% olive varieties. Continuous cycle production system. Intense fruity. This extraordinary extra virgin has a beautiful intense limpid golden yellow color with delicate green hues. Its aroma is definite and complex, rich in hints of artichoke and wild thistle, together with spicy hints of black pepper, cinnamon and an almond finish. Its taste is full and rotund, with a vegetal flavor of chicory and lettuce and aromatic notes of mint, rosemary and sage. Bitterness is strong and pungency is distinct.
