Ortice Riserva Monocultivar

Made from 100% Ortice olives, the oil has an intense golden-yellow color with limpid green nuances. The aroma is broad and wrapping, rich in scents of fairly ripe tomatoes, white apple and banana together with notes of celery, fava beans and lettuce. The full and pronounced mouthfeel has balsamic tones of mint, basil and oregano. Boldly bitter and distinctly spicy.
