Opus

From Peranzana (40%), Raggiola (30%), Rustica (20%), Roratina (10%) olive varieties. Continuous cycle production system. Medium fruity. It is an intense limpid golden yellow color with light green hues. Its aroma is definite and complex, rich in hints of artichoke and chicory, together with notes of mint, rosemary and sage. Its taste is rotund and ample, with a flavor of lettuce and a note of black pepper and almond. Bitterness is strong and pungency is distinct.
