Nocellara del Belice

From nocellara del Belice variety, from organic farming. It is an intense limpid golden yellow colour with light green hues. Its aroma is definite and rotund, rich in notes of medium ripe tomato, banana and white apple, together with definite hints of basil and mint, oregano and parsley. Its taste is complex and vegetal, with a flavour of celery and lettuce, broad beans and chicory. Bitterness is strong and pungency is definite.
