Monte Poggiolo “Selezione Alina”

Made from the local variety Nostrana di Brisighella (100%), continuous cycle method, intense fruity. Intense limpid golden yellow color with delicate green hues. Its aroma is full and rotund, rich in fruity hints of medium ripe tomato, together with distinct notes of officinal herbs, especially basil, mint and sage. Its taste is complex and strong, with a vegetal flavor of artichoke and chicory, lettuce and rocket. Bitterness is powerful and pungency is distinct and harmonic.
