Mandranova Cerasuola

100% Cerasuola variety, continuous cycle method, medium fruity. Intense limpid golden yellow color with light green hues. Its aroma is definite and rotund, endowed with ample fragrant hints of mint, sage and basil, together with rich notes of medium ripe tomato. Its taste is fine and vegetal, with a distinct flavor of lettuce, broad beans and celery, and a black pepper finish. Bitterness is strong and pungency is distinct.
