100% Dritta olive variety. Continuous cycle production system. Medium fruity. This evo oil has an intense limpid golden yellow color with slight green hues. Its aroma is ample and rotund, with hints of medium ripe tomato and fragrant notes of mint, basil and parsley. Its taste is endowed with an ample vegetal flavor of artichoke and broad beans, lettuce and celery. Bitterness is definite and pungency is distinct, with a spicy finish of black pepper and almond.
