Made from 100% Intosso olives, a variety traditionally used at the table. The color is an intense, golden-yellow with light, limpid green reflections. The aroma is complex and wrapping with fruity scents of fairly ripe tomatoes, banana and white apple together with notes of artichoke, chicory and lettuce. The mouthfeel is richly balsamic with elegant tones of basil and mint. Boldly bitter and decidedly spicy and harmonious.
