Fra’ Bernardo

Produced from Ascolana Tenera (100%) olive variety. Continuous cycle method. Medium Fruity. It has an intense limpid golden yellow color with delicate green hues. Its aroma is rotund and ample, with rich aromatic hints of mint, together with fruity notes of medium ripe tomato, white apple and banana. Its taste is complex and strong, endowed with vegetal hints of lettuce, broad beans and celery and a note of basil and oregano. Bitterness is strong and pungency is distinct.
