Don Pasquale

Itrana 100% olive variety. Continuous cycle production system. Medium fruity. Intense limpid golden yellow color with slight green hues. Its aroma is ample and rotund, rich in hints of medium ripe tomato and fruity notes of banana and white apple. Its taste is full and elegant, with a flavor of fresh broad beans, lettuce, celery and a final note of basil, mint and parsley. Bitterness is strong and pungency is definite and harmonic.
