Coratina 100% olive variety. Continuous cycle production system. Medium fruity. It has an intense limpid golden yellow color with light green hues. Its aroma is rotund and ample, rich in fragrant hints of mint, rosemary and sage, with a note of artichoke and chicory. Its taste is fine and vegetal, with a flavor of lettuce and a finish of ripe walnut, almond and black pepper. Bitterness is strong and pungency is distinct and harmonic.
