Diesis Colline Salernitane

A blend of oils from the olive varieties Carpellese (70%), Frantoio 20%) and Rotondella (10%). It has an intense, golden-yellow color with limpid green reflections and a distinct and broad aroma with notes of moderately ripe tomato, white apple and banana along with clear scents of basil, wild mint and rosemary. The flavor is complex and wrapping with sensations of lettuce, chicory, celery and a hint of black pepper. Distinctly bitter and spicy.
