Made only with the Coratina, a variety typical to the area north of Bari, this oil has an intense golden color with limpid, green nuances. The aroma is distinct and broad, rich in scents of mint and rosemary with hints of artichoke and cardoon. The flavor is full of personality with sensations of chicory, lettuce, black pepper and ripe walnut. Boldly bitter and distinctly spicy with a sweet almond aftertaste.
