80% Caninese and 20% Frantoio olive varieties. Continuous cycle production system. Medium fruity. It has an intense limpid golden yellow color with light green hues. Its aroma is definite and ample, with rich hints of artichoke and chicory, thistle and lettuce. Its taste is elegant and rotund, with distinct fragrant hints of mint, basil and rosemary, together with spicy notes of black pepper and almond. Bitterness is distinct and pungency is present and complimentary.
