Made with only organically grown Ogliarola del Bradano olives. The oil has an intense, golden color with limpid, green nuances. The aroma is rich and pronounced with scents of medicinal herbs and hints of mint, rosemary and sage. The mouthfeel is wrapping and complex with flavors of lettuce, artichoke and chicory and an aftertaste of black pepper and almond. Decidedly bitter and spicy.
