The Relais Riserva di Fizzano is an ancient medieval village owned by the Rocca delle Macie winery, which stands on top of a hill in the heart of the Chianti Classico area surrounded by vineyards and olive groves.
The village, dating back to the 11th century, is made up of six buildings, which include 19 apartments, gardens, large green spaces, a chapel, two swimming pools, and a restaurant, with all comforts to ensure guests the best of services of privacy in an atmosphere of complete relaxation.
The restaurant in the village, Passo dopo Passo Osteria, is a new gastronomic experience for the Zingarelli family: an authentic cuisine, proposed by Chef Maurizio Bardotti capable of using the flavors of the territory with imagination and competence. A cuisine that speaks of refined produces and Tuscan tradition combined by an expert hand that highlight and enhances every aroma found in nature. Bardotti finds those flavors in the family vegetable garden, which offer a comprehensive palette of flavors for a refined experience for everyone, as in the philosophy that has accompanied the Rocca delle Macìe path since its birth.
