The Eugenio Collavini Viticoltori winery was founded in 1896 by the current owner's grandfather and houses the Osteria della Ribolla. 

The Osteria is the ideal place to take a break and taste the typical dishes of the Friuli Venezia Giulia region paired by a glass of wine.

The restaurant, opened in 2006, is located at the entrance of the winery, next to the wine shop, and has been partly obtained from the old cellars of the ancient manor: now the headquarters of the Collavini company, in particular in what once was the vinification room.

Its recent renovation has transformed the Osteria della Ribolla into a welcoming restaurant while keeping intact the domestic features of an old tavern. The manager Alberto Ticozzi will welcome you for a classic tajut (local for “glass of wine”) to be sipped with friends to the comfortable dining room. 

The cuisine is particularly inspired by the Friulian history of Habsburg domination, and will make you rediscover tradition and appreciate the unmistakable homey flavours. The menu will always feature seasonal products that follow, season after season, the slow rhythms of nature.

Opening: Monday closed; Tuesday only cold dishes from 10:30 to 20:00; open from Wednesday to Sunday: h. 10:30 – 15:30 and h. 17:00 – 23:00
