This Imperial Red ale has a dense, amber color and a bold and pronounced aroma with scents of pastry honey, dried apricots, dried figs, walnut, prune and black cherry preserved in alcoholic spirits. There are also sensations of spice, elegant hints of malt and winy nuances. The mouthfeel is almost voluptuous: soft and dense with a delicate carbonation and a distinct yet pleasing bitterness. There are sensations of candied fruit at the back of the nose and the persistence is very long and malty with a note of honey. This is a complex and mellow beer that can be consumed on its own or paired with a beef pot roast or a wild boar strew with dried fruit.

Fermentation: High fermentation.

Alcol: 11,2% Vol

Bottle size: 33 cl.
