Turkunara

Turkunara is a dark Imperia Stout with an alcoholic content of 7% and a compact and creamy head. Its aromas are direct and clean and include scents of toasting and licorice along with smoked hints and those of underbrush. The mouthfeel is surprising above all thanks to its drinkability created by its freshness, balance and harmonious flavor. Initially the notes of toasted malt stand out but little by little a textbook complexity emerges that includes herbal and floral sensations and small red fruit hints. The finish is incredible for how deep it is.

This should be served in a classic pint glass, at a temperature that is not too cold and it can be pair with oysters and black bread with salted butter. Delicious.
