This very dark, almost impenetrable black stout has a bouquet of dried fruit, a hint of must and scents of raisins and dried cherries. The aroma is given volume by toasted notes of coffee, malt, powdered cacao and licorice along with a sweet, floral touch that refreshes everything. The mouthfeel has a very contained and subtle effervescence with a bold structure that disguises the alcoholic content. The aroma returns in a finish that is all cacao and spice.
