The golden color is slightly opaque and dense and topped with a compact and white head. The aroma is clear, precise and measured with a nice aromatic intensity and great cleanliness. The bouquet has scents of citrus, at times citron and at times orange, grains and then a host of spices ranging from cardamom to ginger along with notes of almond, tea leaves and hints of dates. The attack of the mouthfeel is dry and rigorous, in line with the Saison style, and overall refreshing with a discreet and compact effervescence. The initial spiciness gradually becomes sweeter but never is never redundant. The finish is clean, slightly bitter and has a nice persistence.

A brew that pairs well with fresh goat cheese or with a traditional, for the Siwa Oasis, spread of eggs, olive oil and dates.
