In the glass this has a golden color with distinct orange reflections and a compact, white and persistent head. The nose has intense aromas of herbs and spices including those of coriander, star anise, orange peel, cardamom, chamomile, lemon balm and medicinal herbs. The mouthfeel is creamy and fresh, upheld by a subtle and persistent effervescence that allows the beer to go down easy with citrusy sensations that are consistent with the aftertaste that has a bitter note that is barely noticeable. A spring brew that pairs excellently with a sauté of mussels or a plate of shellfish.
