Nursia Bionda

Nursia Bionda is a classic Belgian Ale with a golden-yellow color and a white, compact and creamy head. The aroma is malty yet there is also a citrusy sensation while little by little notes of hops, grass, roots and moss emerge. The flavor makes it surprisingly drinkable and it goes down easy with a mouthfeel that is soft and wrapping at first to then reveal a distinct freshness, a nice acidity and, above all, those green notes found in the aroma.
This brew pairs well with goat cheese, vegetable pies or white meat. It is important to serve this in tulip-shaped glasses and at a temperature of no less than 8°C.
