There are notes of baked, dry cookies and bread crust, followed by sensations of malt, ripe yellow-pulp fruit, hay and dried flowers. It is only later that the more bitter aromas of the hops come out. The mouthfeel is even more convincing than the bouquet with its wrapping attack that fills the mouth with a rustic sensation and brings out the flavor of components found in the aroma. The best thing is how well this brew goes down and how easy it is to drink, despite being so flavorful and having such a bold body. This is a very dynamic beer, one that can be an excellent aperitif or used to accompany medium-aged cheese or just consumed on its own. Pure pleasure, a classic Bavarian brew that should be consumed at 8°C.
