This is a brew that reflects the history and soul of the brewery and brewer Fausto. It is inspired by and similar to a Belgian Amber Ale with a nice balance between the malted yeast and hops. The white head has a nice texture and the intense amber color is slightly turbid while the aromas are clean and fresh with notes of slightly honeyed malt, fresh fruit and flowers. The full and soft mouthfeel has honeyed notes and fruity sensations of caramel in the background and yet is clean and dry with a lovely finish that is not too long but harmonious with a pleasing bitterness of American hops. The effervescence is medium, reserved in a flowing yet full body that nicely upholds the alcoholic content.
