In the glass this has a dazzling, golden color with a white and compact head. The intense bouquet has fruity sensations that range from candied citrus peel to kumquat and clementines with hints of chinotto (myrtle-leaf orange) and notes of sweet spice and medicinal herbs. The mouthfeel is both refreshing and bitter at the same time and less sweet than a traditional Golden Ale yet very effective with a truly long persistence that is never commonplace thanks to a sought-after balance in the bitterness.

Magistrale pairs excellently with fried fish and vegetables and above all with a carciofo alla giudia (deep-fried artichoke).
