In the glass this has a sunny, lucent and almost blinding golden color together with intense aromas of vanilla orange, Amalfi lemons and mandarin oranges. There are also notes of freshly toasted grains, acacia flower, honey and hints of slightly bitter medicinal herbs. The beer has a white and compact head and a fine carbonation while the mouthfeel has citrus fragrances and a well-defined and perfectly integrated bitter sensation. The extreme unstableness and great pleasure it gives makes this a very ‘dangerous’ drop.
For pairing the first thing that comes to mind is the cold cut mortadella but it also goes well with sautéed mussels and the other seafood starters of the coast.
