The golden color is dense and compact and the effervescence very subtle, held in check by a thick and creamy head. The aroma is fresh and straightforward with a truly unique and clean style in which balsamic and mentholated scents embrace notes of lemon, wild flowers, white melon and bread crust. The mouthfeel is dry, creamy thanks to the soft carbonation, delicately bitter and refreshing with a persistence full of citrus sensations and those of grains. This should be consumed not only in summer and pairs well with a zucchini pie and sea bream cooked with mint or a traditional paranza fried fish mix.
